Yes. Direct admission to the second year (M2) is possible for students who have already completed four years of higher education or even a first Master's degree in another field and wish to acquire a dual competency in ecological transition.

There is no single profile at Klima School: we value diversity and commitment. To enter the first year of the Master's program (Mastère 1), you must hold a degree equivalent to at least three years of higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

Beyond your academic background (which may be in humanities, business, engineering, or design), we are primarily looking for motivated, curious candidates driven by a desire to take concrete action for ecological, social, and managerial transition. Your sensitivity to managerial and environmental issues is a key element of your application.

The selection process remains the same, but our academic and technical standards are higher. For direct entry into the second year of the Master's program (Mastère 2), our review of your application and your motivation interview will focus specifically on the maturity of your professional goals and your ability to quickly grasp the fundamentals of CSR.

We ensure that you have the necessary foundation (or sufficient learning agility) to succeed in your year and thrive in your future work-study placement.

The schedule is 4 days at the company and 1 day at school per week. This format allows you to work on your professional projects continuously while reinforcing your theoretical learning each week.

Yes, and it is one of the pillars of our support system. Once your admission is confirmed and your enrollment is finalized, you can join our professional acceleration program led by the Careers & Trajectories department. This service is optional and available for an additional fee of 180 euros (incl. tax).

This tailored support includes:

  • Individual coaching:A complete overhaul of your CV and LinkedIn profile to align with industry and CSR sector standards, plus interview simulations.
  • Access to our exclusive network:You get private access to job openings from companies currently hiring, specifically targeting Klima School profiles. We send your CV directly to the HR contacts we have on your behalf.

Thanks to this synergy, more than 84% of our students secure their work-study contract and find their company through KLIMA SCHOOL.

Although Klima School provides intensive support (coaching, networking, follow-ups), securing a job or a work-study placement depends on the student's personal commitment and the alignment of their profile with the job market. These examples do not in any way constitute a guarantee of employment. Your results may vary based on your background and efforts.‍Placement figures for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 cohorts.

Yes, it is possible to start the initial program and then switch to a work-study arrangement. If you do not find a company before the start of the school year or if you prefer to focus fully on your studies, you can follow the curriculum under "initial" status. In this case, your year will be punctuated by real projects for associations or partner companies, and you will complete a mandatory 4-to-6-month internship to earn your degree.

As soon as your admission to Klima School is confirmed! You immediately join our support programs. Apprenticeship contracts can generally begin up to 3 months before the official start date of the school year. The earlier you start, the more you increase your chances of landing the ideal work-study position.

It is the school's DNA to include this. Unlike traditional curricula, 100% of our modules (finance, marketing, supply chain, management) are redesigned through the lens of low-carbon skills and social responsibility. You learn directly how to transform traditional business models.

Our faculty is composed of both high-level academic instructors and, for the most part, active expert professionals. Carbon strategy consultants, CSR directors from major groups, circular economy entrepreneurs, and environmental lawyers come to share their daily work, field tools, and the concrete realities of the market.

We prioritize continuous assessment and practical application over rote learning. Your evaluations are primarily based on group projects, real-world case studies submitted by partner companies, oral presentations, and professional deliverables (carbon footprints, CSRD sustainability reports, value chain audits). You will complete case studies, and a professional thesis will conclude your Master 2.

Absolutely. Learning by doing is at the heart of our method. Throughout the year, you will participate in "Klima Case Studies," simulations of operational challenges, and real consulting missions for local organizations. The goal is for your final project to directly enhance your resume.

Our graduates move into positions of responsibility with high impact. Common job titles include: CSR Project Manager, QHSE Manager, Low-Carbon Transition Consultant, Energy Business Manager, ESG Auditor or Analyst, Sustainable Supply Chain Manager, or Compliance and Responsible Communication Manager. Some also choose impact entrepreneurship.

It is experiencing strong and sustainable growth. Today, the ecological transition is no longer an option but a global performance imperative for all organizations, from startups to major corporations. The market is actively seeking new executives and managers equipped with solid green skills.

Whether it's driving decarbonization, rethinking the supply chain, or integrating environmental criteria into financial decisions, the ability to reconcile strategic vision with ecological impact has become an essential future-proof skill. This is a job-creating sector where qualified, hands-on professionals are still in short supply to meet the real needs of businesses.

Absolutely. Climate challenges and sustainability standards do not stop at borders. Our degrees, backed by European and international standards (ISO standards, GRI frameworks, GHG protocols), allow you to apply to foreign subsidiaries, international NGOs, or European institutions. Furthermore, our courses include training in technical English vocabulary. You can also take advantage of our network of international partner schools to continue your studies.
