Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Disputes

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute of any nature or a disagreement regarding the training or the execution of the order, and in the absence of an amicable settlement—which will always be sought—the courts of Nanterre shall have exclusive jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the dispute.

Complaints

If difficulties arise during a training course that hinder the achievement of its objectives, the client and/or the training beneficiary(ies) may submit their complaint via email to: valeria@klimaschool.com or joseph@klimaschool.com. Furthermore, the client shall inform the training beneficiary(ies) of the aforementioned complaint procedures.
